I have high blood pressure, anxiety and stress. I decided to try sound therapy. During the session I fell asleep, and felt like I was in a dreamlike state. I must say, it was a transformative and deeply rejuvenating experience. As the session progressed, I could feel the vibrations and frequencies gently washing over me, melting away stress and tension. Nothing I have done in the past has ever made me feel as relaxed as this sound therapy session did. I checked my blood pressure when I got home and it was significantly lower. Pretty much normal.
